Andrés is a forest engineer with specialized training in project management and a Master’s degree in Forestry and Environmental Conservation from the National University of Colombia. During the past 11 years, Andrés has focused on biotic management, the implementation of environmental compensation plans, and ecosystem restoration. His technical expertise combines taxonomic botany and the development of environmental management plans, particularly within infrastructure and conservation projects. He currently serves as a Restoration & Implementation Specialist at NatureRe.
